Membership is signified by owning a Certificate of Ownership.
 

Certificates are $150.00 as a one time purchase. The first year of membership the certificate can be waived. However, beginning the second year of membership, the Certificate must either be paid in full or two annual payments of $75.00 must be made to purchase the Certificate.
